Terms and Conditions

All property rental is subject to a rental agreement.

All tenants consent to abide by the house rules.

For home students the rental period is one academic year. Rental agreements are renewed on a yearly basis.

For overseas students the rental period is for one academic semester with renewal on a six monthly basis.

Rent cheques must be paid in advance and will be cashed on a quarterly basis.

A holding deposit is payable at commencement of the rental agreement.

The actual rental agreement which you will sign is a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. (Agreement 20 Copyright Oyez, 7 Spa Road, London SE16 3QQ) and obtainable from most stationers.
