Shaikh estates is a family run company that has been renting accommodation to students, under graduates, post graduates and professionals for over ten years.
All of our properties are located in the Ecclesall area of Sheffield, a mile-long stretch of fashion boutiques and upmarket stores, within walking distance of the city centre and the major university sites.
We endeavour to meet the high standards set by the Responsible Landlord Scheme and the Sheffield Student Accomodation accreditation scheme in addition we are paticipants in the Landlords for excellence scheme run by Sheffield city council and the University.
All of our properties are maintained to the highest standards by a team of professional tradesmen. Smoke and burglar alarms are fitted as standard and each property undergoes a thorough safety check and Corgi inspection each year.
Shaikh estates is registered with Sheffield Hallam University and we are happy to accommodate both home and overseas students.
